WARRANTY, RETURNS AND CLAIMS
We're sorry to hear your order didn't turn out as expected! We are happy to make things right for you.
Orders qualifying for return must be postmarked to our address within 14 days of your original order delivery date (as noted in your tracking information). Returns will have the original shipping fee deducted. We recommend shipping your return with USPS first class mail and keeping your tracking number handy along with including your original order number in the package for faster processing. In the event of lost packages without a tracking number we are unable to issue your refund.
Personalized watches will be deducted $25 plus original shipping costs. Items must be in original packaging upon receipt in un-worn, un-used condition.
Personalized Wood Boxes, Wallets, Money Clips, Decanters and Glasses are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We stand by our products! All of our watches, wallets and apple watch bands are covered by a 1 month warranty from the date of delivery against any manufacturer defect. This does not include damage due to wear and tear, water exposure or resizing (Broken crystals, cracked links from incorrect resizing methods, etc.)

Damaged on arrival:
Items damaged in shipping must be notified within 2 days of the delivery date noted in your tracking information. A replacement will be shipped immediately for you along with a prepaid label to return the defective item if applicable.
Item received is not what I ordered:
Let us know immediately if your engraving or watch received was not exactly as ordered and we will absolutely correct this for you!
