Bought 9 watches for my groomsman and father, they turned out great!

Purchased these watches to surprise my groomsman. I was a little nervous about the delivery of these watches as they were all custom engraved. I reached out to customer service and couldn't have been more impressed. The original watch that I wanted to buy was no longer in stock. They offered me another very similar watch that wasn't even an option on their website! They ensured me that my watches would be delivered on time for my surprise party. Within 3 days of me submitting my order, I got confirmation that the order was ready to ship. I was very impressed by the quality of the watches when I received my order. So much so that I reached back out to Grain and Oak and asked if I could buy an additional one for my 10 year old younger brother (who is going to be my Junior Groomsman). Again, Grain and Oak assured me that they would fulfill my order as quickly as possible so that I could have it on the date of my surprise party. Needless to say, great quality watch with great customer service. Thank you!
