Terrific Service

I knew I wanted to get my groomsmen watches the moment I selected them. I decided to wait a while to place and order and by the time I was ready the original company I was going to order through discontinued the watch I wanted.

I didn't find Grain + Oak until a week before my wedding and the North Ebony was out of stock. I sent and email and got an immediate response that they'd be in stock. I ordered 5 days before my wedding and got them two days later.

When they arrived one of the watches was damaged through shipping. I emailed Emily again. This time, it's 2 days until my wedding. They sent me a new watch that arrived the next day!

Service like this will keeps customers coming back. Add in the quality and look of the product and this is a winning formula.
